Manual bookings

If you have issues using my booking tool or have been invited to set up a meeting outside of my “usual” office hours, please send me a calendar invite from Teams, Google Calendar, or your calendar app of choice.

Please include:

  • your name
  • your course name & section (e.g. CPSC 1012 section A04)
  • what you’d like to discuss in our office hour (e.g. specific concepts, an assessment, feedback you received, etc)
  • whether you’d like to meet in-person, online, or have no preference

Outside of emergency situations, I generally do not honour same-day requests to meet, and I only hold office hours on school days during the semester.
